‘Big Bang Theory’ star Kaley Cuoco just sold this gorgeous Southern California home for $5.5 million

This outstanding property has views from every window and head-turning details

Actress Kaley Cuoco is no longer the owner of a supersized Agoura Hills, Calif., estate she purchased from “Twilight” star Taylor Lautner a few years ago.

The “Big Bang Theory” star recently unloaded the light-filled, five-bedroom, four-bathroom property for $5,475,000.

According to property records, Cuoco initially listed the home for $7 million in June 2023 but dropped the price to $6.25 million later that month. She adjusted her ask several more times before a buyer finally swooped in to buy it this month.

Cuoco has owned many amazing properties throughout the years. Have a look at her impressive, ever-evolving real estate portfolio.

Bright and breezy

Built in 2020, this hillside dwelling sits on an 8.92-acre lot in the area’s Lobo Canyon neighborhood. It’s nestled in a community of only 11 houses and has a private, gated entrance.

Everything about this address is outstanding—it boasts views from every window, a spacious open-floor layout, and high-end details. Its grounds include a 45-foot infinity pool, an outdoor living room, a fireplace, and a fire pit.

The combined kitchen, living, and dining area creates a seamless, airy feel.

A marble, waterfall-style center island and stainless steel appliances give the cook space a high-end feel, while the dining area is large enough for a table that seats at least 10. Recent first-floor additions include a new wine wall and a wet bar.

Hunker down in the living room, where glass walls and a modern fireplace make for chic focal points.

Additional details include an infinity-edge pool and fire pit.

Cuoco, 38, is best known for her work on the hit CBS series “The Big Bang Theory,” where she played the lead role of Penny Hofstadter for 12 seasons. She also had a starring role in the early-2000s TV show, “8 Simple Rules,” and most recently appeared in the Thomas Vincent-directed action comedy “Role Play” as Emma Brackett.
