EastEnders ‘confirms’ tragic ending for The Six as fates are ‘sealed’ in 54 pictures
EastEnders packs the punches with a truly unmissable week lined up, as confirmed in Metro’s picture gallery and, despite the return of a much-loved favourite, The Six face their biggest challenge to date.
Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) waltzes back into the Square, much to the surprise of the other five matriarchs involved in the murder of Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
A hungover Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), for one, is left reeling by Sharon’s comeback, worried that her best mate is still upset with her over what transpired at Christmas.
Sharon, however, is more focused on trying to get caught up on what’s been happening in her absence, and it’s safe to say that she’s stunned upon finding out that the meat thermometer, which was used by Linda to kill Keanu, has gone walkabouts.
Oh, and there’s also the small matter of Johnny (Charlie Suff) being in the know regarding their festive murder secret!
Determined to take charge, Sharon calls a crisis meeting with The Six in the barrel store, with bickering and chaos aplenty. Things are looking up when the murder weapon materialises, with Sharon agreeing to dispose of it, but little do the matriarchs know what is set to unfold.
Over at the cafe, the floor caves in!
Sharon gets wind of such a thing when trying to evade Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) and his questions over Albie. Phil, as viewers will recall, is Albie’s biological father, with the hard-man having only found out such a thing at Christmas.
Despite her initial resistance to letting Phil into her son’s life, Sharon soon changes her tune, asking Phil to be there for Albie – knowing her own freedom is now at stake.
Word of the cafe floor opening reaches Denise Fox (Diane Parish), who attempts to flee, with Stacey Slater (Lacey Tuner) and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) talking her out of such a thing, claiming that they will able to retrieve her necklace!
After swiping the keys from Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris), the women break into the cafe – but they’re caught doing so by Jack Branning (Scott Maslen)!
Buckle up EastEnders fans because boy are you in for a week!
