Princess Kate is only willing to meet Prince Harry under one particular condition, much to the disappointment of the prince. This revelation was made by Ingrid Seward, a well-known analyst of Royal matters.

As per her understanding, Princess Kate would only entertain the possibility of meeting her brother-in-law during his imminent UK tour if a decree came down from the monarch itself. She explained to the Mirror, “If the King asks, she will do it, but Charles being the sensitive and understanding soul he is, would be unlikely to ask such a favour from his adored daughter-in-law. The time must be right, and it not right now.”

As far as Prince William is concerned, Seward implied that it’s “unlikely” he’ll be keen on catching up with Harry, asserting: “William has enough going on and doesn’t need the stress. But he might realise Harry will want to see Kate after her cancer diagnosis as they were once so close.”

The question remains whether Kate feels equipped or even willing to brave this ordeal, as expressed by Seward, “It remains to be seen if Kate is willing and able to face up to it. Does she have the energy to begin to try and heal the rift between the brothers or will she prefer to remain in the background? “.

The King has been providing support to his “beloved daughter-in-law” in recent weeks, especially after her cancer diagnosis. After her heartfelt address to the nation on 22 March, where she revealed her diagnosis, the King, who was also diagnosed with a form of cancer earlier this year, expressed his admiration by stating he was “so proud of Catherine for speaking as she did”.

Meghan Markle has chosen not to join Harry on his UK trip and will instead meet up with him in Nigeria after his visit. The couple have confirmed their plans to journey to the African country shortly after Harry’s UK appearance.

Former Aide Says Prince William Was at His “Lowest” After Kate’s Cancer News

There are very few people with whom Prince William shares his true thoughts and feelings, and they almost never speak publicly about it. However, a rare insight into the Prince behind the scenes has now been given by one of his closest former aides in a touching television interview.

Jason Knauf, who was Press Secretary to William, Kate, Harry and later Meghan from 2015 to 2019 before becoming CEO of William and Kate’s Royal Foundation, spoke with 60 Minutes Australia in a segment which aired over the weekend. He spoke about talking to William after Kate’s and the King’s cancer diagnoses as well as sharing some insights into his role managing media relations for the royals.

“Within a couple of weeks, if you’re Prince William, you find out that both your wife and your father have cancer. And that is, I couldn’t believe it,” Knauf said. Of a conversation he had with the Prince following the news, he added, “It was awful, absolutely awful, it’s the lowest I’ve ever seen him. But the problem was that all this crazy sort of conspiracy theory stuff kicked off in the background online. Was she really ill? But they didn’t want to say yet that she had cancer because they hadn’t told the children and they were still working through how to tell the children.”

Knauf is known for being the aide who wrote an email about his concerns Meghan was bullying staff, something which The Times newspaper first revealed ahead of her and Harry’s interview with Oprah in 2021. Meghan’s team has always denied any such allegations. In his 60 Minutes interview, Jason did not say much about his tenure working for the Sussexes, only that they had lots of great times and, “I wish them absolutely all the best with their lovely family.”

He did, however address the experience of becoming the story himself over the bullying allegations and the fact that he gave a witness statement for the Mail on Sunday’s appeal over the case concerning their publication of parts of a letter Meghan wrote to her father. “It’s tough but it’s probably quite good,” Knauf conceded about the attention. “Someone who has been helping other people through how to deal with the public eye, you probably have to take your own medicine sometimes. You can’t choose just to take the fun stuff, in any job.” He added, “I wouldn’t change anything. It’s not what I would have sought, but at the end of the day you get to do an amazing job, you’ve got to take everything that comes with it.”

In another anecdote throughout the interview, Knauf told how he believes he dropped a piece of paper with details of Princess Charlotte’s birth on the floor outside the hospital before the news was announced. “We weren’t going to announce it for another couple of hours and I had this piece of paper to go write this press release,” he said. “I’m still out there with hundreds of journalists trying to have a game-face. And then I couldn’t find the piece of paper, and I think I had dropped it somewhere on the street…Somewhere on that street the entire time there was a piece of paper that said there had been a little princess born, what time and how much she weighed.”
