Meghan Markle says ‘I miss my Valentine’ as she shares unseen photo of Prince Harry

The Duchess of Sussex has shared a gushing tribute to her husband, the Duke of Sussex, in honour of Valentine’s Day, complete with an unseen and loved-up snap of the couple kissing
Meghan Markle has shared an affectionate post with an unseen snap of her husband, Prince Harry, in honour of Valentine’s Day.
The Duchess of Sussex, who has only recently returned to Instagram, posted a black and white photo on Friday, which showed the couple sharing a passionate kiss at the dinner table. Meghan, 43, had her hand tentatively placed on the side of Harry’s cheek as they closed their eyes for the rare affectionate moment caught on camera.
For the occasion, Meghan donned a casual strap summer dress with her dark brunette locks in a low ponytail, while Harry, 40, sported a white pole shirt. The Duchess added a touching message with the snap, honouring her husband for his work at the Invictus Games this week and a heartfelt ‘thank you’.
Meghan wrote: “Back home taking care of our babies, and missing my Valentine, as he continues on at the Invictus Games, changing lives and reminding all of us of the power of healing and resilience through these incredible veterans and their families. Beyond proud of my husband and what he’s created.
“My love, I will eat burgers & fries and fish & chips with you forever. Thank you for you. #lovewins.” She ended the post with: “As ever, M.”
The post comes after Meghan left Harry in Canada during the Invictus Games on Tuesday to fly back home to their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilbet. But before her exit, she wore a Valentine’s gift previously given to her by Harry during a secret double date.
As they were unable to spend Valentine’s Day together, they previously dined at the Italian restaurant Il Caminetto in Whistler on 10 February, where they were joined by Michael Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato. The two couples previously dined together at an Indian restaurant in Vancouver on 8 February.
For their night out, Meghan wore a pair of diamond earrings by Maya Brenner that were a gift from Harry for Valentine’s Day last year, according to Town & Country. The Duchess is known to be a fan of the jewellery designer and has several of her designs, including the custom ‘H’ and ‘M’ necklace she wore at the start of her relationship with Harry.
