According to Vogue, not only did the blue dress by designer Jenny Packham make Princess Kate Middleton shine, she also wore the Oriental Circlet tiara, made in 1853 for Queen Victoria.

The tiara is studded with diamonds and rubies, creating a sparkling lotus motif and Mughal-style arches. This is also the first time Kate Middleton has worn this tiara and many people believe it is the largest and rarest item she has ever worn.
According to jeweler Garrard, the tiara was commissioned by Prince Albert for Queen Victoria in 1853. This exquisite piece of jewelry includes 2,600 diamonds and has been used by the Queen Mother and Queen Elizabeth II.
Additionally, Kate Middleton completed her look with earrings from the late Queen Elizabeth, a Royal Victorian Order ribbon and star, and carried a black clutch.
