Meghan Markle wants Prince Harry to fix the royal mess he said wouldn’t happen.

Meghan Markle is reportedly frustrated with Prince Harry after King Charles failed to give them the welcome he expected. According to The Blast, Harry feels let down by the reception. The source also claimed Markle understands his disappointment but is tired of their ongoing royal drama.

“Harry’s totally gutted by the way they’ve been welcomed, or rather have not been welcomed,” the source said. Markle reportedly wants Harry to take responsibility for their situation. She believes he chose to return to Britain. So, he should take the lead in making it work.

The source also claimed Harry believes Prince William shares responsibility for the family’s continuing problems. Markle allegedly agrees with some of his concerns but wants him to focus on practical solutions. Harry spoke about his strained relationship with Charles and William in a GQ interview.

He also made it clear that he wants to fix things, saying, “Some people don’t want it to work out. I want it to work out.” He also spoke about ending family tensions. “With everything else that’s going on in the world, the most important thing is to reconcile,” he added.

Harry admitted that family feuds can leave emotional scars. Still, he wants to put the past behind him. Harry also explained why he wants to spend more time in Britain. He wants Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to experience life in his home country. According to GQ, Harry said the children had attended their British school for two weeks and were enjoying it.

Their move has also brought changes to their school and daily routines. The reported frustration also follows another update about the Sussexes’ royal status. On September 7, Charles issued new guidance through Lord Chamberlain Richard Benyon. The letter confirmed that Harry and Markle remained non-working royals.

Their HRH titles also stayed on hold after they left official duties in 2020. It described them as private citizens with their own charitable and business interests. Reports also claimed the couple preferred to be called public figures. However, the guidance didn’t stop them from living in Britain or continuing their charity work.

According to The Blast, an insider said Harry was “running from one gig to the next” and “working all his contacts” to find new opportunities, “spending a lot more time apart than either of them would like” because of their busy schedules and financial worries.

Meanwhile, Harry has kept busy with charity work and public appearances. He attended the Invictus Spirit Awards in London on September 17. The next day, he launched the Invictus education program INSPIRE in Birmingham. He also attended the WellChild Awards on September 21.

Later that month, he joined events with the HALO Trust and The Diana Award. He also spoke at the Skift Global Forum for Travalyst. In October, he attended a rugby match between Leicester Tigers and Gloucester. Markle, meanwhile, has been busy with As Ever. She launched a new holiday collection in October.

It included chocolates, a hostess basket and a keepsake card set. The brand also released its 2026 Advent Calendar. She also met Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai on October 11. On October 15, the couple made their first joint public appearance since returning to Britain.

They visited Community Recording Studio, Himmah and Epic Partners in Nottingham. They also met residents and spoke with people from the organizations. According to The Independent, Markle told well-wishers, “It’s great to be back.”
