The couple, affectionately known as “Bennifer”, have been under the public eye due to speculation about the state of their marriage. While there’s no official confirmation or denial about a potential divorce, certain signs have led people to believe that all is not well between the two.
Ben has been spotted without his wedding ring on several occasions, and he’s rumoured to have moved out of their shared Los Angeles home. The whispers began when the pair hadn’t been seen together for seven weeks. Now, it’s reported that they’re focusing on their children. Ben shares three kids with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner: Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 15, and Samuel, 12. Meanwhile, Jennifer is mum to twins Max and Emme, 16, from her previous marriage to Marc Anthony.
Despite the swirling rumours, a source told PEOPLE that the singer and actor “still want to put the kids first.” They added that Jennifer and Ben “have always been very family-oriented.”
Recently, the couple were seen celebrating Ben’s daughter Violet’s graduation. The event was attended by all their children, with Jennifer and Ben even holding hands at one point. The source revealed that the “graduation was a big deal” and it was “important” for Jennifer to be there.

She shared: “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary.”

A representative for Jennifer confirmed that she is “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.” The tour was meant to celebrate her latest album, a romantic tribute to her rekindled relationship with Ben Affleck.
The couple first got engaged in the early 2000s but split, only to find their way back to each other during the pandemic in 2021, culminating in marriage in July 2022.
